I'm Stephen Dela Cruz
Over the past 20 years, I have been a CEO, Investor, Business Strategist, Sales Trainer and Motivational Speaker. As an international board certified hypnotherapist I have developed a system that combines both business strategy and therapy combined.
It's not just about educating you on what to 'do' but working primarily on your inner mind. Too many coaches would give you the 'blueprint' or the 'roadmap' or the 'step by step guide'. But what ends up happening is you still feel even more confused, lost and overwhelmed to the point of not even starting or not fully doing the task needed.
There are millions of books, programs, YouTube videos, etc on loosing weight, getting rich and finding love. But as a society, we are the most overweight, in debt and most divorced than ever before! It is not a 'knowledge' issue but a deep revelation issue. Knowledge deals with logic and 'how to' whereas revelation deals with your inner being and who you are in your emotions and habits.
My approach to coaching/therapy is to not only give you the blueprint but work on your inner mind and breakthrough the things that have been holding you back! Once your inner self has been addressed, the blueprints strategies and roadmaps come easy!
